Fall Retreat

Do you need some time away to recharge your body with intense workouts and rejuvenate the mind through healthy meals and self reflection? This retreat will do just that and much more. With over 150 km of single track trails in this area and stunning fall foliage, the hiking/trail running opportunities are endlessly beautiful. Come with a friend or by yourself for intense workouts, healthy food and inspiring workshops that will leave you feeling strong and grounded.

All fitness levels are welcome! We will divide the activities based on current levels that you are comfortable with, executing each workout so everyone gets maximum benefit and enjoyment. Do not let your hesitations or fears get the best of you.  Moving our body, reconnecting with nature, challenging our minds and enjoying the opportunity to work on ourselves is our main focus.

TWO FALL SESSIONS AVAILABLE:Leaves

SESSION ONE:     Friday, September 23rd at 7pm – Sunday, September 25th at 11 pm.

SESSION TWO:    Friday, October 21st at 7pm – Sunday October 23rd at 11 pm

IMFORMATION:

Location:    53 Fairway Court, Horseshoe Valley

Cost:             $300 (includes accommodations/4 meals/3 snacks/activities)

DAY OPTION: $125 (includes 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks plus activities)

Itinerary:    Boot-camp/Spin Class/Hike or Trail Run/Bike (optional)Yoga/Nutrition & Wellness Workshops

Bring:          water bottle, yoga mat, fitness gear, headlamp, bike (optional on weather)

(Those interested in bringing a beverage of their choice to unwind with for this evening are welcome to do so with a gentle reminder that we will be up early for our morning workout!)

Accommodations:

The retreat will take place in a spacious home at the heart of Horseshoe Valley. The house has a large kitchen/great room, real wood fire place and three full bathrooms. This home backs onto the golf course and has scenic views that provide a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere for a retreat. The price quoted above is based per person with double occupancy for the rooms. There are 5 bedrooms. One has a king size bed, two of the rooms have queen beds, one room has a double and one room has 2 singlets.
